Technology Leadership Conference participants. Note the "Cut-Off" date
for each
site. Rooms may not be available after this date at the conference
rate. Virginia Tech is not responsible for quality of any facility, or
the quality of services received during your stay. |

Participants
are
responsible
for
making
reservations
and paying for hotel rooms,
including all charges, taxes, and incidentals.
Participants
will
be
responsible
for
their
parking fees when using the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center
parking facilities and neighboring parking
facilities.
Participants
are
responsible
for
their
own
transportation to and from the Hotel Roanoke and
Conference Center from other hotels.
When
needed,
participants
are
responsible
for
making hotel cancellations in
a timely fashion to avoid charges. This applies also in difficult and
hazardous weather conditions.
